pack your lunch and if there's anyway you can eat somewhere with out all the temptation do that. if you can't then you'll just have to use will power and say no to the foods because you're not going anywhere but up if you eat them everyday, and if your will isn't strong enough(which i'm sure it is) then you might not be at the point where you're mentally ready to lose weight. give it time in that case...and remember that everything effects your physical appearance added up. pick the stuff that you know will make you look good!
