then treat your body better and always remember that the grass isn't always as green on the other side, there will always be someone prettier, skinnier, smarter, and more athletic if you think about stuf the way you do. don't compare yourself to others even though a lot of us do and i admit it's hard with the media the way it is but work around that or you'll never be happy with your physical appearance...
