| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 9/15/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c12908 definately pick up the jumping rope- i've read that it's one of the best cardio workouts-not kidding! that's why boxers use it to build up stamina. eat tons of veggatables- not only are they low in calories but they take more calories to digest in your body then what's in them so they don't even count if you don't add too much condiments to them ao try and fill yourself up with those before you eat anything else and have a little bit of whatever. eat whatever you want but only in small fractions like a quarter of a chocolate bar and then put the rest away and eat a tiny bit on a different day. it works well. learn to say no- just because it's in front of you don't let your mind think that it should automatically eat it. drink lots of water(really good for your skin too!) and just remember that what you're doing IS a reward in itself because your body will thank you by feeling great and looking even better then you feel! |
