set yourself up a binge day like once a month(this is what i'm testing) and whenever you get a craving tell yourself that you can eat it later on your day. but DON'T have your day if you mess up even once! it'll stop you from snaking- you just have to always keep it in your head when you're around food you're not supposed to eat...
