Because if you haven't you really should. Ok here are some tips i have found very very useful * drink 1 glass of water before every meal *when you feel full stop eating, whenever you get that ensation of fullness just think about how you want to look and go do some exercise isntead of eating more. *Do not drink any fizzy drinks but if you have to you should certainly not drink full fat ones, its so dumb, the diet ones taste the same with so much less calories. *Force yourself to walk everyday, if you don't want to think of how you want to look, it should help you to push yourself. This is going to be had work, and i'm sure you know it. Don't you dare give up, this will change your life. You are in danger so cut down you calories boost up your exercise and get out there!!!! And don't think so negativly about your weight just think of it as a challenge, everybody has to face challanges so just push yourself and you'll get there. Hana x |
