1. Drink 12 glasses of water 2. Cut fast food out of your diet 3. Cut condiment out of your diet (you'll be surprised) 4. instead of fried foods, try grilled, baked 5. eat lots of fruits 6. Try running with weights(you have to run at least 30-45 minutes. 7. If you get hungry, DRINK WATER!!! it will fill you up.(please don't skip meals though) 8. Sugar in foods, asorbs to fat. So try to have small amounts 9. Try using drink supplements, ask you parents though. 10. Let your parents in on your problem. If you have this, your parents have to make ajustments too, they can help by not giving extra foods, tempting you with fatting candy's, etc., your parents might even work out with you, join a gym or a Rec. Having your family there will make a diffrence. I got an eating disorder because i didnt ask. Trust me, friends and family. 11.
