NONE @ all. no mcdonalds or ne thing. u eat healthy food lyk veggies, fruits and nurtious food. xersise EVERYDAY!!! have a friend with u. lyk everyday n the mornin u wake up, have ur friend there and try 2 lose weight. u should try joinin basketball,volleyball or even CHEERLEADING! im n cheerleadin rite now and ive lost lyk 4lbs-7lbs. but u should try not 2 eat so much. eat a lil. lyk half ur regualr eatin plan. or u could try weight watchers. but wut i do which i dont want u 2 do is i dont eat lunch so i can lose calories. o ya i 4got 2 tell u, eat ONLY 14g a meal and u should count ur calories and ur fats. u should have 1500 calories a day. BUT REMEMBER, NO EATING SWEETS OR NE THING. i no its hard but u should do it if u want 2 lose weight. if u dont feel lyk it, u obviously dont want 2 lose weight. so get up early every morning and xersise. drink plenty of water. |
