I used to be fat or over weight and with a combination of a low carb diet and lifting I am in great shape. Try a new workout schedule. What I do is on mondays I work my chest and my triceps on wednesday I work my biceps and my back on friday I do my shoulders and my legs. On tuesdays thursdays and Saterdays I do abs. This is the best program I have ever done and works awsome look into Atkins diet as well it works. For your thighs try getting on a cross trainer and running backwards you should feel it almost imediatly. Goodluck. |
