you need weight lifting and cardio, cardio burns a lot of cals. right away and the muscle you build defines you better and makes it so you burn more calories just sitting around doing nothing. i think it was every 1 pound of muscle you build you burn 50 more cal.s or something like that. which is awesome becasue if you have 1 more pound of muscle you burn 2500 more calories in the course of 24 hours. just think about it- it'll definately help keep the weight off and you'd be fit...
