well, my cousin who is 12, wears a 15 in kids i think i am not sure, but her friend gave her a pair of pants, well they was a size 0 in kids, she had them on, she was also wearing a belly shirt, about 5" of skin was hanging over, so i am guessing, probably yeah, but try some on see how they fit, it depends on who makes the pants also, some pants are made smaller, some bigger, but i am thinking you could. depending on who made them
