Just cutting out sweets isn't and do so exersise isn't gonna make u lose weight, granted it will help. Cut ur work out in half, do half i the morning and half at nite, if possible. This will help u lose weight faster. Do nething like walking, running, or joging (cardio) every other day. Do nethig that like stit-ups, and lifting weights, every day that u r not doing cardio. And 1 day, and only 1 day a week, let ur body rest and don't work out. And don't completly cut out sweets. let ur self have 1 or 2(max) sodas a week, and have like a cookie a day. and every time u don't have a cookie, or don't drink ne poop in a week that will help u lose more weight |
