Hey! I think that your weight had nothing to do with your girlfriend dumping you. In my opinion, a 5 ft 9 boy would look much better at 144 than 128. If you feel out of shape, just lift weights but don't worry about losing pounds. Trust me, you weigh less than most guys I know, and they all look good.
