i want to lose 50 lbs by August 2004. I would like to gain muscle and become healthy in the process. I have tried evfery kind of diet possiable. Hollywood diet, ligid diet, just dairy diet, lettuce and water diet, watermelon diet, everyhting. Also, when I workout, I feel that if i dont like workout for an hour or so, that its not even worth it so I get very discouraged. I would appercaite any advice on eating, exercesing, staying on track, anything! thanks XOXO
