Congrats on haveing the motavation and taking the next step, but dont expect to lose that much each week once you start losing fat. At the most expect to lose 2-3 lbs of FAT a week, along with about 1-2 lbs of water weight and if ur not getting enough protein, muscle, which isnt good at all. Muscle burns calories and keeps you lean and strong, so be sure to get at least 4 servings of proteins a day! and just a tip to all, 3-4 servings of calcium a day can help you lose weight, and yougurt is good for burning adombinal fat, just be sure not to go over one serving a yogurst of day,even to low fat kind, becasue it still packs sugar. |
