guess wut! ur only 3-4 lbs over weight that's okay, if ur unhappy about it u can lose those few lbs in no time at all, if u are craving something fatty or unhealthy, look in the fridge and eat some fruit or veggies, try doin crunches, or biking around the block often, or swim laps every day in the summer if u have a pool. One last thing! If u feel like stuffing ur face and ur heading toward the fridge, stop and think to urself, "am i really hungry or am i just doing this cuz i am bored?" and instead of eating to many snacks do something active, even if that means blaring ur favorite song and dancing to it! HAHAHA LOL GOOD LUCK and remember that God loves u so much and is happy with just the way u are!
