| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 8/22/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c12446 if you just take things one step at a time they really add up after a while. remember it's not a 1 day thing though. if you just get up and exersize in the morning then you'll feel better becasue not only does it help your body, but you'll feel relieved that it's over for the day at least. and then just do moinor tweaks to your diet- such as only drink water if you're going to drink something- or at least diet whatever... |
