by next summer you would be 16 and 100 would be too light. I am 16, and just barely 5'3 (ok so maybe more like 5 feet 2.5 inches) I am 122 pounds and I am like a size 2, my stomach is pretty flat, (in the morning it is perfect but by night it is in flated and more round)so don't strive so low.
