just because shes five four doesnt mean she has a small body frame!!! im five two and i have a large body frame!! so if you odnt kno what your saying dont bother giving out info...no offense it just bothers me that people sit there and give out stupied info...but at least your trying to help anyway....like i said before it all depends on your body frame, to see what body frame you are do this take your pointer finger and your thumb and like a braclett put it on your wrist..if your pointer finger and thumb touch you have a small frame..if your pointer finger and thumb barly touch you have a medium frame, if your pointer finger and thumb dont touch together then you have a large frame:) byez
