| Reply from brianna, Age 14 - 8/16/03 - IP#: 152.163.252.xxx bigbb-c12307 dont listen to melissa sorry melissa but what your suggesting is for her to starve herself and thats not good..if you go on a no calorie diet you are most likly to get sick, dizzy, and have heart faliure..plus if you do go on a no calorie diet your body will go into starvation mode and it will hang on to your stored away body fat it !!! so in the long run its not good! just eat healthy..lots of fruits vegetables drink plenty of water at least 8 ounces of water 6-12 times a day..excercise at least 30-45 minutes a day it can be riding a bike..working in the garden, cleaning your house or what ever and believe me you WILL lose weight you have to be patient |
