Turn to ignore whatever food is placed in front of you, or have something else to eat instead. Instead of potato crisps/chips, have some air-popped popcorn and put something on it, like chili powder or cinnamon; something to give it flavour. You could also tell yourself that you can have 10 crisps or whatever if you go exercise for 20 minutes first. Usually after exercising you won't want to eat. And always remember "a moment on the lips, forever on the hips." Hope that helped. ~chaz. |
