Here's my full proof weight loss diet plan and it really works if you stick to it! you only drink one small glass of pop or juice a day and the rest water ,you only eat one small sweet snack a day and the rest fruits and veggies. You then every day do 5o situps ,50 leglifts on each side ,and go up and down the stairs 10 times ( 1 time up and down counts as 1) this helps tighten up your stomach ,thighs ,and butt so as you loose the weight you will turn the fat to muscle.
