Thanx!!!!!!! when do u turn 15? u can drive at 15 in minnesota!? im moving there!!! in New Jersey we dont get our drivers permits till 16 then license at 17 and then a bunch of gay rules u have to follow like only one non-family member allowed in the car until ure about 18
