| Reply from sarah, Age 14 almost 15 - 8/10/03 - IP#: 67.40.172.xxx bigbb-c12118 basically lost lost 2 pounds a week so if u bump it up to 3 pounds that u looseevery week if there is 5 weeks left intill u want to be ur goal u could loose 15 pounds and only have 5 more to go but just eat less and excercise a lot more and drink a lot of water |
