| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 8/9/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c12089 try changing one bad habit at a time- like instead of coke drink water for however long till you're used to it.Then change another small bad habit and so on... i know it'll take a while but those chnges will last for a long time afterwards and besides, it took a long time to put on the weight right? so it'll probably take a while to take it off for good also. |
