hi krissy just to let you know you are not alone and dont give up wutever u do. I know you can do it. and i know a couple leg exercises. ok u lay on ur side and put both ur legs so they are slightly bent from the hip pointin towards ur head. turn out the top knee so that its facin the ceilin and raise youre top leg up and down with out touchin ur bottom leg. repeat as many as u can do. best luck to you. post me back on how things are goin. cya!
