Hey~ I cant really tell u how much smaller u will get by wenever but i can tell u this. Ur eating healthier and thats good. Ur exercising 2 much tho and that can cause problems. Dont exercise so much. U can lose weight just by eating healthier and just going 2 the gym a couple of times a week. And if u get cravings 4 other things like sweets, etc. then chew sum minty flavored gum and that shud help u cut down on sum of the cravings. It works 4 me. Also, u can drink a couple large glasses of water b4 ur meals and that can also help curb ur cravings so u dont eat 2 much and stuf. I hope this has bin helpful 2 u. =)
