| Reply from jenny, Age 13 - 8/7/03 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx bigbb-c12012 hey, I dont think you can loose that much in a month but if you REALLY work hard you can loose alot, im trying to lose the same amount but my mom (shes been exercising since forever) says that its possible to loose a pound a week, so just keep trying really hard and if you feel like giving up look at your cheerleading uniform and think about how good you'll look if you just keep at it. i suggest u do like 20 min of workout in the morning and ten in the evening, and just do alot of cardio, you'll look beter in no time, hope i helped you in some way! good luck! jenny |
