Everybodys body is different and every1 wood lose weight @ a different pace. My advice is cut down on sugary sweets like candy or wutever. Then u can eat healthier stuf like salads, meat(without the fat), etc. Drink lots of water, that'll help u out a little mor. Exercise is a good thing wen it cums 2 losing weight. I myself am trying 2 lose and i no that it gets frustrating. But i no u can do it. Just eat healthier, exercise, drink mor water, and believe in urself. U can do it!!! I hope this wuz @ least a little helpful 2 u. =) |
