it really depends. I personally think you can lose a lot by the end of the year. And pilates is supposed to work well and fast, so you might gain muscle, which weighs more than fat, but still drop a couple sizes. Honestly, it depends where you are now, and if you continue to eat healthy and workout. ;-) good luck.
