| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 8/6/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb_286-c11944 if you want to work really hard then use slim fast and tae-bo, tae-bo really burns calories more then many other exersizes. you might not lose 300 pounds in 2 months but with those two combined i can see you losing about 100, which is a lot. they are healthy but losing that much weight in such a short period of time is pretty iffy, and you'll have to fight hard not to gain it back. but in your first month you can lose more weight then in the months to come just because your metabolism will speed up if your body's not used to exersize... i hope i helped. just be healthy- the weight will come off if you're good to your body and it's not meant to be there;) i'm trying to lose some weight too, and i've grown a bit obsessive over weight loss facts and read them off the net (i'm sure a lot are false) and from books like crazy. if you want some more then contact me at red8705@hotmail.com. i hope i'm giving out good advice! but you might want to slow down your weight loss goals- you might just become more disappointed. think of it this way: it took a whole lot of time to put that weight on calorie by calorie- and i'm sorry, but that's how long it might possibly take to get it off. but don't fret, because if you give up then a year from now, having the same body, or an even worse one, then you'll wish you had started that year ago. believe me i did. it's not worth the trouble of being fat. abusing our bodies by being this much overweight is so much worse then just getting in shape and being comfortable. sorry my reply is late- i just stumbled on the web sight. so good luck to all of you who actually made it through this terribly long reply!!!! |
