well you arent that overweight but just do crunches and leg lifts and eat healthy cut what you eat in half. i know you arent that overweight cuz i am 5'5 and am suppose to weigh 144 at the most and you just need to loose 4 pounds to be at a healthy weight and then just keep those excericises and eating right oh yeah do push ups and stretch I hope that helped
