well cut what u eat in half excercise like u r doing and to get ur metabilism up i think u can eat a healthy breakfast every morning cuz break fast gives u a boodt to ur day and gives u energy so take time to eat a healthy breakfast everyday and drink a ton of water i hope this helps and have fun on ur cruise
