Jut eat helthy food. Me and my mom are on a diet togeather. It is called the Susan Summers diet. Go to a book store and find her book. Make sure you bring a pen and paper and write down things you are interested in. She has food that you can eat. It is oka to have like pizza or junk food sometimes but not all the time. If you want a cheese burger. Don't eat the bun and don't eat the cheese. The book will also tell you what you can add togeather and what you can't. I think this may help you. I Don't think you should worrie to much because you are a good weigh for you age. Don't let people bother you. There are a lot of teens who lie about their age. My cuz said she is 99 pounds and just gaind 1 pound that would make her 100.. I know she is lying cuz she is a little more puggyier than me.
