IT is way unhealthy to lose 300 pounds in 2 months the most you shoul lose per month is 8-10 pounds so just exercise and watch what you eat. Try doin crunches, walking, riding your bike, leg lifts i got this really kewl exercise video its kinda liek yoga but it really helps you lose inches off you waist its called pilates. Don't worry about how much you weigh just keep track of the inches around you waist and stuff b/c i made the wrong choice and tryed to lose wieght instead of just being healthy and my friends got mad they said i was over obsessing so just exercise and watch what you eat and it will help.
