hi im now on the three day diet and any disregard to the post above because it wirks.What happens is you diet for 3 days and rest but try to stay healthy for 4 days. On day one for breakfast you eat:1 slice of toast, 1/2 of a grapefuit, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and water, tea, or coffee. For lunch you have:1/2 cup of tuna, 1 slice of toast, and water.For dinner you have:2 slices of meat(any kind), 1 cup of stringed beans, 1 cup of beets or carrots,1 apple, and 1 cup VANILLA ice cream. ON DAY 2 for breakfast you have:1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 banana, and water tea or coffee.Lunch:1 cup of cottage cheese yougert or cheddar cheese, 2 saltine crackers, and water. Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 cup of ice cream(vanilla).DAY THREE: Breakfast:5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple, and water tea or coffee. Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, and water. Dinner:1 cup of tuna or 2 slices of meat, 1/2 cup of carrots or beets, 1/2 cup of cauliflower or broccoli, 1/2 banana or cantilope, and 1/2 cup of ice cream. FOR ALL DINNERS YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF WHAT YOU DRINK. eXERCISE TWICE A DAY AND TRY TO DO 100 SIT UPS.
