But I doubt you'd do that. And anorexia doesnt work (refer to my post), so really, its not that hard. Take 20-30 mins (i do 40 minutes) and just jog. If you get tired, walk briskly. Cardio is the ultimate BEST way to burn fat. I used to HATE runnng, i was the slowest runner EVER. But if lossing weight is something you truly want, then youll do whatever it takes. And if you're not willing to work a little for a 1/2 hour a day, then maybe looosing weight isnt something you really want? Yaknow? |
