You should only lose about 2-3 pounds a week, through excersise and eating healthy and NOT starving yourself. Just about the only way to lose weight quicker would be to starve yourself, but that causes complications like extreme health problems. I know a person who was hospitalized for a whole year because she starved herself. And everything you eat after starving is completely tirned to fat anyway, making you gain alot of weight. Just remember you can't lose weight fast. ^_^ |
