Everyone has different weight goals, plus very few people are happy with the way they look (even models). So just because someone wants to lose 5 vanity pounds instead of 49 health pounds doesn't mean they can't be here too. Everyone here is ethier struggling with body issues or hear for support so according to me- everyone is welcome.
