If your having a sandwich and chips just remember that a handful of chips and have a sanwich is all u need. U look like u have been going good about drinkin lots of water. But instead of just working your muscles like u were try doing some aerobic activity like taking a walk (or jogging really slow) or u can grab that old Richard Simmons tape. :) BYE!!!!!
