congrats on starting a new diet! i think that you can do it and you should listen to michelle...thinking 5 to 10 pounds at a time sounds a lot easier than all 88 pounds at one time. some tips are, drink A LOT of water, it's one of the best things you can do. also, try excercising in 30 minute intervals. they say going for an hour or more at one time can wear you out and then you just tend to give up. and then, ya know, just try eating right but don't starve yourself. it's not healthy. i hope this kinda helped.
