Hey! What you can do is tell your mom, dad, or gardian to buy healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables instead of those junky foods. Also try to do healthy things like ride a bike every day, do sports, dance, or jog outside. Try to eat half of what u usually eat every day and save it for later.
