Hello :) i'm debbie and well i can give you some really good tips... eating breakfest is rally important if you eat breakfest you will lose weight have egg whites 14 cals per egg then have some whole wheat bread with suger free jam and grapefruit juice of just a grapefruit when you think your hungry in between meals then just count to 100 you may find that you are just bored drink lots of water especially cold water when your body is cold it causes you to burn cals i would say 8 glasses a day don't drink anything with caffenie like soda it decrease weight loss by 50% sleep at least 6 hours a night less will make you more hungry during the day keep a journal about what you eat and what causes you to eat don;t think that by geting the chicken burger is better it's still really high in fat ice cream had the same amount of fat as a steak so get soy ice cream it't just as good umm eat what you crave but just a little bit focus on the first 3 bits there the ones that give best taste adn will stop you form over eating don't eat in front of the tv take a long time to eat it takes 20 minutes for your brain to realise that your full
