Hey hun. Make sure when you run that you only run for a half an hour a day. The best thing that works is try to do a little weight lifting to, that way if you only run it tares your muscles and you will loose muscle mass what you wanna do is to keep it even do a lil cardio and a lil weight training, and with a good healthy eating habbits you will do fine.
