Theres this neat website www.powerhousegym.com you type in information like your height, weight, age etc. and then they will make a list of how much protien, carbs, calories, and grams of fat you should take in each day and each meal. It's really awesome though you have to excercise too, I suggest walking a mile, it burns around 150-200 cals and tones muscle. REMEMBER TO STRETCH stretching helps ALOT, maybe you could take Yoga classes? u dont have to be thin to learn to relax! and I read about body wraps, theres a book @ wrapyourselfthin.com or you can spend 85$ @ a spa (i dont recommend it :P) but its supposed to help you lose a lot inches around the waist thighs etc. Hope this helps! sorry its so long! if u need anymore help email me sftball_caitlin07@hotmail.com or if u want me to go to that website for you Id be glad to! |
