Then I would consider walking a mile everyday, it burns around 150 calories, do some aerobic excercises-jumping roping (or just jumping up and down continusously for a long period of time) burns ALOT of calories, after that do crutches, itll make your stomach more toned, anyways, I hope this helps, MR. is a really good advice giver so maybe u should ask him |
