Hello! First of all. It wont help itf you dont eat however watch what you eat. Loose the crap and think of finding a shack or drink you can make at home every day. Also. For your rolls... well you can't work on one stop and hope it goes away. You have to work your whole body. Try and find a video or book perhaps and try some crunches and push up's ect. dayly. A good time is before you go to bed or every time you watch T.V. make it so you have to crunches or somthing while you watch or else you can't watch.
