You sould shoot for something more around 110 or so. 100lb for a 13 year old is not healthy. Take me for example. I am not 100 yet and I need to stuff my face to try to gain weight cuzz the doctor says it is not healthy for me to be like this at 14. If you set your mind to it.... I know you can do it!
