| Reply from Jenna, Age 14 - 7/25/03 - IP#: 216.105.67.xxx bigbb-c11484 Hey! i just made up a diet yesterday almost exactly like that!!! i started it today with a bowl of frosted flakes... thats all i had, and then im planning on having a bowl of salad with fat free dressing and lots of water.... for dinner chicken or any type of fruit without over doing it! im going for a run for at least 30 min.
