Ok, lena. Think of it this way. If you didn't burn more than you took in, and if you burned the same amount you took in, you would stay the same. If you took in more you would gain weight. And you still have energy, when you get thinner its using your fat reserves to burn for energy. That's how you get rid of excess fat. And all those facts are true but you kind of ended it with a bit of anger, I might say. And the problem isn't always that people are being "lazy", there can be genetic problems like a slow metabolism or underactive thyroid.
