But mr, if you're burning MORE calories than you are taking in, how are going to benefit your body? Thin is not everything, you should be healthy, too. So if you're burining more than you take in, what does your body use for energy? Wouldn't you be tired all the time? I think that the best thing to do, for young kids, is just watch what they eat and be more active. It's been proven that (american) kids today are fatter than they were 30 years ago and it's because of a lack of activity in their lives. Our parents when they were young were always outside, not in front of the TV snacking. They were always busy, and moving so that's why they weren't fat kids. I think if kids today weren't so lazy and they got up and moved around more, stopped worrying about what people said about them and what kind of diet, (which by the way are very bad for kids), they should try, there would be so many overweight mopey kids and teenagers. GET UP AND OUT!!
